Lumé at-home salon services landing page

Overview

Interfaces built around clarity, hierarchy, and meaningful interaction — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes across consumer-facing digital products.

Featured here: Lumé, an at-home salon services platform that connects clients with verified beauty professionals; Kalaa, an app that connects creative minds and simplifies hiring; Noir Bakery, a recipe game guided by Chef Polo; the Social Issue website, a mobile-first library of digital books built for the senior thesis; Vogue Travel, a luxury stays app concept; and the Copper.co website, a luxury copperware landing experience. Every project begins with research: understanding the user, the context, and the constraints, then moves through information architecture, visual design, and prototype testing.

Project 01 — Lumé

Beauty on your terms, at home.

Lumé is an at-home salon services platform that connects clients with verified beauty professionals for hair, makeup, nails, skincare, massage, waxing and bridal services. The interface is built on a strict black-and-white editorial system: condensed display type, numbered sections, hairline rules and monochrome photography, so the service itself stays the focus from first search to final booking.

Lumé — Alternate Direction

A softer, rounded take.

An exploration of the same membership and professionals modules in a rose palette with rounded containers, soft shadows and pill buttons, testing a warmer, more consumer-friendly personality against the stark editorial system.

Project 02 — Kalaa

One platform for creative minds.

Kalaa is an app that connects creative minds across the globe and makes the job search and hiring process easier by bringing everything onto the same platform. Recruiters and creators each get their own path, with discipline categories from graphic design to AR/VR, and a portfolio-style profile card. The identity draws on Indian architecture and botanical illustration: a deep green arch, cream surfaces and a rose accent, designed for both mobile and desktop.

Project 03 — Recipe Game Design

Noir Bakery, taught by Chef Polo.

Noir Bakery is a mobile recipe game that teaches baking through play. A friendly chef character guides the player from the bakery front, into the shop and through each step of a recipe, starting with the Bread Loaf and its eight braided strands. Soft aqua backgrounds, a rounded display face and illustrated 3D characters keep the tone warm and approachable.

Project 04 — Social Issue Website

Senior Year Reflections.

A thesis website built as a library of digital books on the cultural representation gap in early childhood literacy. Readers move through the question, research, exploration, concept, process, exhibition and final exhibit, while the interface shifts from a monochrome, neumorphic surface to a field of color. Designed and shown on mobile first.

Project 05 — Vogue Redesign

Vogue Travel, luxury stays worldwide.

A mobile redesign concept that extends Vogue into travel. A full-bleed arrival screen pairs the Vogue wordmark with the promise of luxury stays in different corners of the world, then leads into destination pages with ratings, pricing, an overview and a single clear call to buy a ticket.

Project 06 — Copper.co Website

Luxury, hammered in copper.

A website concept for Copper.co, a luxury copperware brand serving since 1998. The landing screen is built around a hammered-copper texture with a light serif wordmark, and a three-part strip beneath it carries the brand, its positioning and its heritage. A walkthrough video shows the page in motion.
